High demand - individuals

I provide you with a safe, discrete space to unwind. Space to recharge and structure your thoughts and feelings to develope strategies for an enhanced peace of mind.

In a world where performance is everything, maintaining psychological capital is not a luxury - it’s a necessity.

LGBTQplus

You deserve for all parts of who you are to exist, to be seen, heard, and respected. This is the space I will hold for you.

Whether you’re exploring your identity, navigating relationship structures, facing discrimination, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can support you on that journey.

As someone from the LGBTQ+ or kink community, you may have experienced judgment or misunderstanding in the past.

In my practice you’ll find an affirming, non-pathologizing environment where you can talk openly—without having to educate your therapist. You are welcome just as you are.

Seniors

I always enjoyed working with seniors and had my first practical experiences working as a teenager in retirement homes and psychiatric care units as a care assistant.

Today in my work with seniors, I offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative space for clients and their feelings. Together, we address life transitions such as retirement, health changes, loss of loved ones, shifting family dynamics, and questions of identity and purpose.

My approach is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and therapeutical techniques tailored to each individual’s needs and pace.

Parents

As a wife and mother of three boys, I can anticipate the challenges and complexity that parenthood brings with it.

It can be deeply rewarding—but also overwhelming, exhausting, and emotionally complex.

I offer you a supportive space to navigate a wide range of  challenges, manage stress, and care for your own mental and emotional well-being:

- Mental support during pregnancy

- Adjusting to a newborn situation

- Birth and pregnancy  trauma

- Reidentifying as a father/mother/partner/lover

- Family structures; establishing healthy patterns of communication and behaviour
